Two short movies from Marinus Boezem, Het beademen van de beeldbuis (1971) and Hooglandse Kerk, Leiden (1971) will be part of fifth edition of the Stedelijk Museum Video Club. This special program delves into the early history of video as an artistic medium, in order to ask the question: What makes up the substance of relation, and how have performance and video-art taken up the aesthetics of relation as a key subject of art-making from the late 1960s and through until the present time?
